I just start getting this error unexpectedly any help would be appreciated.
emails stopped being converted to case in CRM Queue

Not very helpful error message from CRM. Something goes wrong when creating a case. Have you changed anything (e.g. dynamic properties)? Does it happen regardless of the mail being converted i.e. is it consistent? This is probably a value being incorrectly assigned to a property on the incident being created. Difficult to figure out what it is. Next step would be to activate tracing accordng to http://support.microsoft.com/kb/907490/en-us and see if anything ends up in the trace file.

After rebooting SQL server everything was back to normal. Thank you
