CRM Queue Manager Error

Can you tell me what I need to be looking for when I receive the below error messages?  Thank you!!

1st:

Unable to remove item from temp queue.

 Exception:

Server was unable to process request.

 Details:

 0x80048306

The first one means that the user does not have sufficient access right to delete items in the temp queue. The second is not related and means we lost connection with CRM.
