CRM NOT CONVERTING EMAILS

Greetings,

i am in dire need of a solution as for the last 5 days i have unable to get crm queue manager to convert emails to cases, below is the application log from event view. this is the only error showing. kindly assists with resolving this.

As cmerrill answer implies, you must be using a version earlier than 1.61. This is an issue where blank subject lines are not properly handled. Upgrade to the latest version and it should work.
