CRM Queue Manager with CRM 2011

Apr 12, 2011 at 12:59 PM

Does anyone already uses CRM Queue Manager with CRM 2011? will this work?

The current web service seems not to exist anymore.

..For CRM On-premises customers:

http://{server}/XRMServices/2011/Discovery.svc for the Discovery service endpoint

http://{server}/{OrgName}/XRMServices/2011/Organization.svc for the Organization Service endpoint (SOAP)

http://{server}/{OrgName}/XRMServices/2011/OrganizationData.svc ...

I've been testing for several days. Consistently fails with generic error

Exception:
Server was unable to process request

Details: 0x80040216
An unexpected error occurred.
Platform

I'm using <add key="crmserviceurl" value="http://<server>/MSCrmServices/2007/CrmService.asmx" />

Any other CRM Service URLs to try?

I've installed all our other custom developed CRM 4 applets (including some 3rd party database integration) to CRM 2011 and except for this CRM Queue Manager everything works on the first try. Using the above backwards compatible CRM service path too.

My small business depends on this great applet and I'm happy to provide any testing help needed.  I'm not a developer (and my developer vendors are not interested in helping) or else I'd fix this myself. For unrelated reasons I must upgrade to 2011 this week so it looks like I'll have to buy a tool that does that same thing as this open source does. Sad.
