Case Owner

Everything works beautifully but ive tried the caseattributes=   ownerid#GUIDNUMBER and it doesn't update the case with the Owner that i set.

Is there something im missing here?

hmm i just noticed this in my queue

Dynamic property definition incorrect: ownerid#6d0fe6cc-f146-dd11-a06b-005056825104

How can i assign these cases to a particular individual as a owner.

Hmm, seems like we've missed to include a data type here: Owner.

Can you see if anything has been logged? I will fix it in the next release. In the mean time create a workflow that does this for you. Generally, the reason we've implemented the ability to set dynamic attribute is to be able to base a workflow on cases created using CRM Queue Manager (which is impossible otherwise). The deal is to create a "hidden" attribute on the incident entity called QueueID or something. Set this to "1" for queue 1, "2" for queue 2 etc. Then it's easy to create flexible "create" workflows based on this value. When not set you know the case has been created manually.

Ah, as I suspected. Will fix it. In the mean time, use my workaround above.
