CRM online - How to use CRM Queue Manager to configure for multiple email accounts

I am new to CRM and I am trying to convert emails to cases and I found this tool on code plex. I need to set up 3 queues for webmaster, IT support and help desk. I downloaded CRM Queue Manager 2.0 Beta 3. I was able to connect to the Dev Server and save the connection. When I click on Queues tab it is blank. I am not sure what are the next steps to configure this tool . Also the customer should be mapped to a contact based on the email.
