Case email replies with CRM user email address.

Hello,

We have the Qeueue Manager up and working.  Is there a way to reply to the email contained within the case without using the CRM user email address?  For example, can we default the email to something like support@myweb.com?

Hi, I assume you are talking about a reply in the UI. This is possible but rather tricky. We've solved it using javascript that set the from but it's not a good solution. Post a question in the CRM forums to see if someone has a better solution.
