Error in logs and multiple services stopping

I came in today to hundreds of error reports from CRM Queue Manager and CRM itself was not working. At 01:37 this morning this error was logged:

Unhandled exception occurred in ProcessQueue

Exception:

The request failed with HTTP status 401: Unauthorized.

We have installed to C:\CRMEmailToCase

After this event, loads of services stopped on the server like COmputer Browser, Cryptographic Services, DLTC, Logical Disk Manager etc.

Is this a bug? Do you think if we move the files to c:\projects..... everything will be ok?

Hi,

I believe you have a bigger problem than with CRM Queue Manager since the services you mention fail to start. We do not have any direct dependencies on these services (they live at a much lower level than CRMQM). HTTP status 401 means that we can't authenticate using the credentials you've entered in the config file. Perhaps you are using a domain account with a password that has expired?

Difficult to help out here.

Thanks. The 401 was seemingly due to the services. Set them to restart on failure and been ok for a day or two now...
