attributes in casenotify

Hello!
In casenotify email attribute customerid and etc. do not appear correctly.

You can use any attribute of a case in the mail by using the syntax {#attributename#}. Some of the keywords above are only used for backward compatibility.
Some examples of attributes:
caseorigincode Microsoft.Xrm.Sdk.OptionSetValue The origin of the case.
createdby Microsoft.Xrm.Sdk.EntityReference Who created the case.
customerid Microsoft.Xrm.Sdk.EntityReference The name of the customer.
prioritycode Microsoft.Xrm.Sdk.OptionSetValue The priority of the case.
